Are you ready to dive in?

I started following Kate not only because she’s an amazing teacher but she had a strong online platform. As a nurse and a mom, this was the easiest way to keep yoga in my life with a hectic schedule! Kate has such a variety of classes that there is literally something for everyone! With new classes being posted regularly and having access to previous classes and series, I will never go anywhere else for my yoga!

Kate is amazing. We all need a little more of her in our lives.  Her love for yoga and the community is evident everyday in her practice and her teaching! If you haven’t done her classes, check her out!

Kate is the best instructor I have been to by far! You can feel her compassion and love for yoga through every movement, not only is she a great instructor but her kindness will make you feel right at home. She guides you through the whole class and always willing to provide any modifications or advanced techniques to match your skill level. Highly recommend Kate!

To be honest, I’ve always hated doing any workout or activity from home. About 10-15 minutes in, I’d be on my phone checking Instagram and Facebook. There was never any sense of connection for me, until I did one of Kates yoga classes.
It’s incredible how her words have this way of sucking you in, and holding your attention during class. I found myself so focused on her direction and descriptions of each pose, movement and transition.
So if you’re like me, and focus is super tough for you, she’s the one who will get you through your at home yoga practice!

This membership has help me so much. It’s crazy how much these classes impact me on a daily basis for my mental and physical state. I always look forward to Kate’s flows and her amazing words of peace throughout!

I’ve been doing Kate’s yoga classes for close to two years now and they are still the best parts of my day! They have kept me grounded through a turbulent time in my life and have provided me a place to step back and re-set. Her classes are gentle and uplifting, but also challenging! I am now working on peak poses I never thought I could do before!

I’ve been a member for over a year now! I had a bad day the other day and at the end of it I looked at my partner and said “I just need to do my yoga practice with Kate.” Kate always asks us how we are feeling at the beginning of the practice and even though those check in’s vary, I am at a place now that I can get off my mat after the practice where I know things are okay, even if the day wasn’t great. This is the true gift of the practice that Kate offers…

I love my Soul Practice membership! Your series are fabulous and I love the variety of classes. Your classes are so much more than just going through the motions of the poses, there is more of a spiritual/self growth aspect which I love! My fav is the flexibility series!

When it comes to selecting a yoga instructor to practice consistently with, the decision is ultimately very personal and incredibly intimate. Either they connect with you or they don’t but what I have to say about Kate is that she connects on levels that go above and beyond the average instructor. She is vibrant & magnetic, soft & assuring, while lending her own personal experience to the practice that she is teaching…
